PITCHED ROOFS

Our complete re-roofing service involves carefully stripping your existing roof back to the rafters, allowing us to inspect the underlying structure and carry out any necessary timber repairs or alterations before installation of the new roof. We install a BBA-approved breathable membrane, together with treated and graded roofing battens, to provide a durable and weather-resistant roof system.

Ridge and hip lines can be finished traditionally, bedded with mortar, or with a modern dry mechanically fixed system. Valleys are constructed using either lead or fibreglass, while verges can be finished traditionally with mortar on an undercloak or with a dry mechanically fixed system.

The whole process includes scaffolding and full waste disposal, making the project as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. You can choose to reuse your existing tiles where suitable, or select from a wide range of new clay or concrete tiles to give your property a fresh new look. FLAT ROOFS

Our flat roofing service involves stripping the existing flat roof back to the joists, allowing us to inspect the structure and carry out any necessary repairs before installation. We then install 18mm OSB roofing boards to provide a strong, stable base, followed by a high-quality EPDM rubber roofing system, complete with the appropriate trims, edge details and leadwork where required.

UPVC ROOFLINES

Where required, felt support trays and bird combs can also be installed in situ, helping to prevent water ingress and keep unwanted birds and pests from accessing the roof space.
